On Sunday, February 5th, we will be celebrating the Superbowl with our annual student Superbowl parties starting at 5 PM. Students need to bring snacks to their parties. We will provide pizza and drinks. The middle school students will be meeting at the Goodwin’s house and will only last through halftime of the game. The high school students will meet at the Splawn’s house and will last through the end of the game.
High school girls are invited to join a new 6-week Bible study in January of Carol Sallee’s Confident, a Bible Study for Teen Girls. We will meet on Monday nights from 6:30-7:30 pm in the Youth Area; dates are January 9 – February 13, 2017. This study is designed to help teenage girls find the confidence that only God can give. The kind of confidence that leads you out into the world with an understanding of who you are and Whose you are. Author Carol Sallee is a pastor’s wife in Oklahoma who has worked in Women’s Ministry for over 36 years and also the mother of two grown daughters.
Kathryn Acree will lead this study that includes a workbook and small group discussion. Bring a friend and join in as we talk about having the kind of confidence that lasts a lifetime.

Our students were able to serve in International Village just outside of Atlanta, Georgia this spring break! We had a great time partnering with WhirlWind Missions on the trip.
